Do you know your vitamin D levels though? How much vitamin C are you taking and how often?

For blocked nose, give papaya seeds (papain) a try. N-acetylcysteine is another option

I don't know my vit D levels but I take ir a supps of about 5k UI EVERYDAY.

I take 2gr of vit C

You should get your levels checked and then aim for a 25(OH)D level of somewhere between 90 and 150 ng/mL
