Is there a song you can never listen to again or a movie you can never watch again?

For me, it’s the former. It’s about the artist himself and he’s got this person on his mind. A few years ago, before heading out the door, I listened to that song. Guess who I end up seeing that same day? My oneitis. She was single at the time.

As a result, I avoided listening to the song altogether, or at least I would not listen to it before I were to head outside. Why? Because I believed I saw her due to the song. Normally I never see her.

Half a year ago, I finally decided to listen to it again, told myself I was being weird for no reason, and chalking it up to some really odd coincidence that I saw my oneitis after the song. So to prove myself wrong, I did the same thing, I listened to it right before I left the house.

And what happened that same day? Yep, you guessed it. I saw her again. This time, she was with her husband and their child.

I’m never listening to that damn song again. :FeelsRainMan::FeelsStrongMan:

The Departed (2006)
Plot so drawn out, 1st watch it's super suspenseful, every [non side] character feels deep. LIke a river which is not only a mile wide but a mile deep.
But, rewatching, the length of the movie gets to you

My bad guys, I had to repost this because I wrote “chalking it up some” instead of “chalking it up to some.” As a future English teacher, I cannot make a mistake like this. :KEKLEO: @zygosmasher12 @mcmentalonthemic

I had saved your response, I was going to add it here again. Anyway, interesting choice. Did you watch the original movie? It’s a remake of a Chinese movie.

But when I watch chinese mvoies, I only watch extremely old chinese movies for the lawlz
I don't care about their more modern stuff [even if it is from 2002]

Landslide by Fleetwood mac (brutal agepill)
and the movie I find hard to rewatch is vanilla sky bc I relate a lot w the main character's shortcomings. Although I could rewatch it but its painful

Watched the horror movie insidious as a kid and it spooked me to where it would still keep me up at night if I watched it now. But am a pussy when it comes to horror movies in general that have to do with spirits/demons, gore is fine tho

Was it that bad? How is the tag line living up to it?
It is no where near the sickest films ever. It’s just boring and the entire plot makes absolutely no sense.

Insidious is even scary to adults. I watches it in Pakistan back in 2011 during my vacation there.

I don’t listen to songs that remind me of certain traumatic experiences or songs that are too nostalgic, both hurt too much
