Is there a specific kind of Glucosamine that I should take?

At CVS I got regular strength 500mg of Glucosamine, but Im not certain if there are different kinds and if this one is the right kind. I know that people here dont like it, I understand all that but Im working to test basically al methods of height increases and posting all attempts so others can gain some insights.
