So imagine that you want to get less exposed eyes and positive canthal tilt, so far I know that for this you can do:

Infraorbicular implants
Blepharoplasty
Canthoplasty and Canthopexy
Fat grafting

I don't know if there are more, if you wanted to get all of them, what should be the order if there must be one?

Generally, you should get implants first. If they're saddled in design they will give a minor lower eyelid lift. Then you want to get any eyelid surgery (once you have fully healed from the implants). Then finally fat grafting. This is because the swelling can give a false indication of change. Sometimes you'll have temporary hunter eyes due to swelling, but the eyelids tend to sink back down as you heal from the implant placement and the eyelid surgery. I would do them individually if you want optimal results.

What about canthoplasty/canthopexy?

Not the same thing is it?
