So imagine that you want to get less exposed eyes and positive canthal tilt, so far I know that for this you can do:

Infraorbicular implants
Blepharoplasty
Canthoplasty and Canthopexy
Fat grafting

I don't know if there are more, if you wanted to get all of them, what should be the order if there must be one?

Generally, you should get implants first. If they're saddled in design they will give a minor lower eyelid lift. Then you want to get any eyelid surgery (once you have fully healed from the implants). Then finally fat grafting. This is because the swelling can give a false indication of change. Sometimes you'll have temporary hunter eyes due to swelling, but the eyelids tend to sink back down as you heal from the implant placement and the eyelid surgery. I would do them individually if you want optimal results.

What about canthoplasty/canthopexy?

Canthoplasty and canthopexy works with the lateral canthal ligament while for the eyelids there is blepharoplasty

@lookmaxxer998 what did you mean?

I don’t mean it as what would be the most to least important but as in if you had to do them all, what would be the ideal order so that the surgeons do not find problems during the surgeries

oh, i would limit it to two procedures at a time max, but that's just my opinion

canthoplasty/pexy still class as eyelid surgery. Sometimes you need to release the lower retractors alongside doing a canthopexy to achieve better results. This can be done at the same time.Even a bleph can be done at the same time as this ( depending on what kind of bleph it is)
