Is there a surgery for downturned medial canthus ?

I will only eyearemax and maybe some jaw angle implants if i norwood in future, the thing i wonder is, is there a anyway to get a downturned medial canthus like David Gandy or Ates Salih ? I will fix canthal tilt and infraorbitals easily and i have already good brows and somehow above average eye shape (almondlike) i want medial canthus for full dom look.

Bones, muscle, tendons and skin lmao everything. Nothing to do with T just genetics.

it would be a very hard surgery to do because it would require moving your tear duct if I recall

Probably no surgery for that. I have a pretty god tier eye area with PCT and downturned medial canthus.

If i get orthodontic surgery to correct my bite i will ascend hard af.

No. Downturned medial can thus is caused by very high degree of PCT (low nasal bridge in relation to zygomatic). You can’t surgically shorten the nasal bridge and lower the medial palpebral ligament (what attaches the medial canthus to the nasal bridge).

No reason you should either. Downturned or low medial can thus is a feminine dimorphic trait.

what you are talking about is simply a very deep and downturned medial canthus. I am speaking about a downturned medial canthus and Winkelmann has that. Also Lima tends to squinch a lot, which exaggerates the difference.
