Is there a surgical case of someone getting Lefort without BSSO ?

For example, i want to get lefort 1, 6 milimiters advancement, but i don't have underbite and my bite is straight
I would subsequently do BSSO, just not in combination with lefort surgery.

Is this possible to do because i am uncomfortable to ask my surgeon this message, i really don't want to negotiate @Lorsss @RealSurgerymax pls help me

If you dont do bsso with lefort,your upper teeth will be over lower...thats why bsso is done in combination with lefort...if you have underbite,than you could do just le fort...but your bite is straght

If you need both- why on earth wouldn’t you get them both done at the same time?

Jaw surgery is a pretty serious thing to go through both in terms of financial cost and recovery- would be plain retarded not to just do both jaws at the same time if that’s what is needed

I got a wraparound and it was worth it tbh, recovery was brutal though

It's because my doctor in serbia can do lefort 3 but Paul conceaning who i initially wanted to go to, he doesn't do lefort 3
