Is there a sweet spot for intelligence? Or is more the better?

My question come from the idea that intelligence is also correlated with sadness or less happiness because of the high understanding of things, so what is the best IQ score to live in or the range of it?

BTW obviously if you are chad high iq you will most likely be happy cause of your looks so we are only taking in count average looking people

obviously the higher the iq the better but I think smart people are only degraded sometimes because of the pretentious ones so even if your a genius as long as ur not pretentious about it I think its fine

You also gotta take in count usually the higher IQ the lower the EQ so a 200IQ genius will most likely be autistic mega high inhib
