is there a thread talking about HGH synergies?

i'm going to start using injection based "medicine" such as certain peptides along with HGH and i was wondering how to keep natural production of HGH as high as possible while also dosing myself with around 8IU/ED because technically my body is at the age of which exogenous hgh secretion is at its highest biologically. hope i can find something.
