Is there a way to avoid the DYEL/flat/bloated look in the morning?

Sometimes I wake up and I'm so bloated and flat looking that I look like I barely even lift. This happens a couple times a week.

This always resolves itself by midday and it's like a night and day difference. but is there a reason why I wake up looking like complete shit sometimes?
 
drink more water, dandelion thea, less salt, more potassium, less sugar

cold shower can help with morning bloat
lymphatic drainage might help as well
