Is there a way to do liplift without a scar?

I suffer from long philtrum. Lip lift would save my life. However, I cannot live with the fact that I will have a permanent scar under my nose -especially as a man, I don’t wanna have a scar and I don’t wanna cover it up with a moustache.

is there any lip lift procedures that will not leave a scar? I will never get lip injections or botox flip. It will make me look feminine. Any other procedures? I also need to increase teeth show
