Anyway, sorry, very sorry to break it to you but at 17 there's not much you can do for your lower third, by that point no amount of mewing, thumbpulling, dickpulling, anustaping or whatever the fuck the grifters want to sell you will work.

If you boost your androgens and naturally enhance your growth hormone you will get some improvements by the time you're 25, since that's around the age where your bone mass stops developing almost completely, but the effect isn't going to be relevant enough to actually fix a narrow lower third.

Sadly, your only option is either blasting steroids or getting implants/surgeries. So you better start saving the pennies.
