hair transplant to lower it is probably better considering the scars but it looks unnatural if you have it done cheaply.

No. Everything has to be proportional. If his skull is too tall then its a looksmin. He wouldmt be asking here if it wasnt the case.

Yeah too tall isn't good but tall with proportions like chicos is ideal

Yeah mine is too tall and having a 5 finger forhead and 1:1.36 chin to philtrum makes it so much worse
