That mole is more of a looksmin than "asymmetry"

"God Awful" it's not even noticeable to a normal person. loox like you have crippling body dysmorphia and need professional help

But to fix it w/o surgery is to consistently shift your deviated septum with your pointer finger and thumb. I did it in the past and it helped slightly
