1- Increasing igf-1 + test can make the bigonial width wider before growth plates close
U could increase them naturally by healthmaxing Or inject
2- masseter muscle training
Fraud: grow beard at the goninos
Hardmaxing:
1- Lateral mandibular osteotomy
2- implants
3- filler (don't recommend)
4- fat grafting to the goninos although will make u look worse but it will make ur bigonial width wider "visually"

Implants are probably the best, msso isn't bad but has it's limitations, fillers and fat grafting will give a bloatcel effect.
