Is there a way to not gain weight while eating?

i gain 6 kg in 1 month by eating normally with 0 sugar ( i know sugar is needed but when i eat that shit i gain 2-4 kilo extra in 1 month)
i just eat when i feel hungry and gain 6-7 kilo (3-4 kg muscle 2-3kg fat) (even while on 6 iu hgh)
When I gain weight, I need to increase the HGH dose and I can't afford it anymore. Is there a way to not gain weight?

a lot of cardio bro, depending on how much you eat in a day but I would tell you to try atleast 12k steps a day
