Is there a way to tell if it's face fat or water bloat?

I manage to pull a huge chunk of either fat or water bloat from my face with my fingers, it's insane how bloated or fat my face is. I can't tell if it's fat or water bloat, but I'm leaning towards bloat because some days I can barely pull anything, but today I pull a huge chunk of meat, and whole body weight is the same.

4g salt
4L water
3:1 K:Na ratio
Cortisol supplements
Vitamin C supps
omega 3 supps
Divide carbs equally in the day, preferably fibrous
Diet should be 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat for hormonal balance
Check thyroid
Check estradiol
