How tf do you even measure your body fat? I am pretty sure the only accurate way to measure it is postmortem when you measure all the visceral fat, and fat inside of muscle. Claiming you know your body fat is pretty insane. You have no idea of your body fat.

i dont really know they measured it at my gym im 185cm and 68kg im underweight

i guarantee that you should calculate +- 10% barely any machines are near accurate. I once got my bf checked i was like 5% in reality im like 15-17
