In terms of inclination,

some are saying it should be 0 degreees ?
 
average is 6-7°. So probably something around that.

not quite the same thing but the ideal facial convexity angle is 169°.

as far as occlusal plane the average seems to be 25-30° (probably the ideal value as well). Pretty sure a 0° occlusal plane would mean you were deformed in some way, and would probably mean you have a very concave face (which is far from ideal).
25 degree occlusal plane angle is death-tier downward growth jfl, you're probably thinking of frankfurt mandibular angle

below 10 is ideal

oh yes sorry I was looking at the wrong angle. Average appears to be 7 degrees. So probably something around that is ideal.

Usually surgeons correct it to anywhere between 4-7°

I know Gunson prefers it a little flatter around 3°
