Is there any actual way to increase bone mass

I keep on seeing people say that certain things dont actually improve bone mass and i was wondering if there is any actual way or if all of it is just genetics

Focus on nutrition and actual sleep. Most people already go to pharmaceuticals even thought the rest of their habits are shit which is stupid
