Is there any condition to get an bimax with CCW rotation ?

So, I probably need a Bimax, but when I see this vidéo :



I feel like you cant have the CCW rotation unless you have an horse smile ?
Or is there a way to get it even if I already have good bite/ good teeth show ?

If your occlusional plane is rotated backwards you'll get ccw... yeah big words to make me sound lore intelligent
