If youre talking changing midface with surgeries will it affect undereyes(scleral show and that) then no it wont i was talking about in terms of facial development.

my lower maxilla is not recessed like the midface and upper maxilla ialommg with recessed infrad due to which my eye area looks buggy , i was asking if bringing the mid face forward coulder help in making them less buggy
