Google skin glycation and sugar. Eating tons of added sugar (not fruits or natural sources - added sugar)
is a great way to age fast and destroy your skin collagen.

Yes i have obesity from a shit diet and no longer have wrinkles. Obese people dont get wrinkles

Are you familiar with whether this can happen from sugar from fruit? Since I eat Carnivore + Fruit + Carrots/Rice/Potato (about 150-200g total carbs), my skin looks rather younger than before.
 
Just try it urself. With junk food and clean. How do u respond is highly individual.

And charred meats, fried foods, and oil in general
