is there any guide on lowering stress / cortisol?

You can't lower stress, you must stay away from the thing that stresses you, even after all, it will still probably be in your mind the whole time.

there are things that can help you lower cortisol like ashwagandha or meditation. but i wanna know if anyone have some more tips than that

Well, they lower cortisol yes, (meditation doesn't, ashwagandha does) but yes prob no ways other than that tbh idk it could be some drug substance or some shit like that ask @BrahminBoss

breathing meditation makes you relax

every time you control your breathe in stress situation where you start fast breating you help yourself relax

andrew huberman said doing double inhale exhale can help you lower anxiety and stress

analyze your own line of thoughts, your apprehensions, and your wrongdoings, to identify the root of your stress

Identify the root and work to solve it

Stress is not always bad, stimuli to change is needed for an individual to change

After all, an object not acted upon by an external force will remain in place, newton's law and shid (forgot which one 💀)
