CCW Bimax or mandibular angle implants to lower the angle. I don't recommend implants for this. Also ur gonial angle doesn't need to be 115 it can look fine under 130

idk if it was high bf distorting it but before i started mewing my shit looked really high

after a couple of months its definitely improved but im 15 so maybe thats why

if opry wasnt down grown in ur pfp (pushed his jaw and entire maxilla upwards) it would fix all of his failos and he would no longer look uncanny

his maxilla would form a perfect slope and his nose wouldn't be crooked, his ramus would be long at the front making him look like a chad rather than an uncanny shrek villain

the only thing saving his eye area is his massive amount of fat mass in his undereyes and upper eyelid, completely hides his recession
