Is there any point in gymcelling if you have narrow shoulders, clavicle, wrist and small ribcage?

Because u have everything to gain and nothing to lose if u gymcel. That guy in a wheelchair is better off trying to improve his hundred yard sprint than LDAR on a wheelchair. Also the clavicle (collar bone) is the last bone to complete growth, at about age 25

Neckmaxxing is legit. Biceps, chest, tris and delts too to look "normie buff", when you gain some mass on those areas wear tight sleeve shirts and you'll look buff to normgroids and females. Legs are a meme, don't waste your time.
