Is there any possible way to fix a short face my head is a little small as well I need help please

I have an over bite as well I’m wearing braces but I’m not sure if it will make a difference and my over bite isn’t that severe to do so

My overbite is not severe aswell, i can't even do braces due to my shit ass country and my parents won't give a fuck.

yep u have a very short lower third, a visibly receseed maxilla. There is no other fix other than surgery, trimax or downgrafting+genio should fix this. That is a very severe case I guess start saving up. Also rep my posts or mark as solution on the right

I would never do surgery plus since I have an over bite my braces would potentially elongate my face since there isn’t proper teeth alignment I was open for other solutions if the braces weren’t gonna make a huge difference for when the treatment is done
