Maybe it's because whenever you're looking at the mirror. the source of lightning happens to be directly above your eyes it distorts your face a bit (only really affects people with high angularity)

Try stepping further back for less distortion, or looking at unnattractive people then you, you will feel alot better after that I think. You could also just have body dismorphia which would make sense, but your face is pleasent to look at due to your wide bones and clear skin.
