Why do i not get like any sides from my roids

Like my bp is good on just 40mg telmisartan,i have perfect thick hair i have flawless skin all this while on 200 tren 30 test 5 halo like its not alot of gear but i expected atleast some sides.I am short tempered tho.Also my shit is not fake its from the most loved eu domestic source if anyone knows it
