There isn’t much significant evidence to suggest you can change your IQ by any significant amount later in life.
Your IQ is determined by your parents (genetics) and the basic learning patterns you learn in your first 3-4 years of life

You can learn how the tests work and inflate your score, but you can’t increase your G factor or overall general intelligence which is what an IQ test attempts to quantify
