Is there any way to do a ccw rotation of my jaw without surgery?

So I'm a high mtn from the front but I have a sub-4 side profile causing me to be a ltn
If I got a ccw I think I would be a htn. My main issue is an extremely downword grown jaw.
When I look at animations of a ccw, it feels like the surgery was made just for me; I would ascend so much with it.
But I'm 16 and not getting a ccw anytime soon.

Is there anyway I can get the effects of a ccw without a ccw bimax? Because of wolff's law, I was thinking if I pushed up and outwards on my chin multiple hours a day it might work.
