Yeah minox and dermarolling, msm, vitamin c, biotin and vitamin d. Should lower hairline, but it depends on your genetics, could get half an inch to 2 inch lower.

There's two ways.

1) Getting a hair transplant, specifically asking the doctor to lower your hairline.

2) Dermarolling & Minoxidil just below your current hair line. This will take a long time and won't give you the dramatic results of a transplant, but it will look more natural. (This may not work if your hairline is already too far gone since there's no hair follicles left in that area that minoxidil can work on)

Transplanted hairlines tend to look uncanny, especially when they're too dense and aggressive.

The reason i wanna know this IS because my hair IS thin and for some reason It doesnt grow thick might be a shampoo issues im not balding though

Shampoos can neither regrow your hair nor make it fall out unless you have a severe allergic reaction to an ingredient (which you would have noticed from other symptoms)
