Is there any way to fix my canthal tilt

so I'm 15 yo and kinda a late Blumer but by canthal tilt is cooking my eye area pretty bad, I'm not really against pharma's if there anything that could help this or cover it up more.

this is my most recent picture of me in school this week, any help would be great and if there nothing that will, could you tell me if I should hardmax in a few years and what to do

Curling your eyelashes can help fraud a better canthal tilt.

When your eyelashes aren't curled, they hide your lateral canthus, making your perceived CT appear lower. Curling them can expose the lateral canthus.

If even then your CT is unideal, then you could look into a canthopexy.
