is there any way to fix my long philtrum?

I have a terrible philtrum and on top of that I have thin as paper lips, I dont know what to do with it if there is anything I can do, I have thought about getting lip filler and lip lift to help it a little but I wont be able to do that for a while, I could try to grow out a mustache to hide it but im not sure if I would suit it

Tbh Im so done with my long philtrum Ill just get lip lift by the time im 18.
