Blame ur acne to get accutane (Roaccutane) docs would prolly allow, they might give u some other medications for acne first, dont even bother using them, tell them u did, and say u still have the acne, they'll prolly give it and also u can use hydrocortisone but its better short-term.

im white, i try to eat clean and avoid goyslop so mainly meat nowadays, i dont know my exact bodyfat but i'd say 20-25% tho im currently starvemaxxing so this could change

Like honestly I would try losing the fat before taking accutane like the other guy said, although if you lose the fat and still arent happy with the results and want it thinner accutane or other stuff could be good
