Is there any way to stimulate jaw growth on only one side to reduce asymmetry before surgery?

I'm almost 19 years old and have just consulted an orthodontist about my asymmetrical jaw for the first time. Looking back, it's been there almost all my life, but it has gotten worse over the past years. My chin is 3mm off-center due to the right side of my jaw growing faster than the left side. Is there any way to grow the left side of my jaw to reduce the impact of the surgery that will cut back the right side of my jaw (surgery planned in 2 years)? I ask this because the right side of my face looks better and gives my face character, so I'd like the surgery to be as low-impact as possible. Thanks in advance.

There is a deficiency in growth overall. Increase total jaw size would help

Thanks everyone, I'll order some gum and start sleeping on the portruding side. I won't be spending a lot of time on this website as it only makes me depressed. If I see any results or find a different methods I'll share.
