Is there any way to truly correct a class III downgrown profile?

How can I fix this? Ignore the rotter aspie haircut. My face is completely down-grown, will a lf1 and genioplasty be able to solve my lip incompetence? I have an underbite

What would you say for the chin and submental area? It looks weird probably due to excessive downgrowth (my chin is big) and I have lip incompetence, from what I understand the only way to correct a fucked lip position is sliding genioplasty.

Chin position would change from a lefort 1, i don't know for lip incompetence though but genio + lefort 1 seems to be a good idea.
Correcting an underbite can lead to incredibles ascensions.
