Yes and I hate doing more than a few a week because they are so much work. Then surgical planning and design is in the thousands.

I'd strongly recommend thinking the surgery path over again, and would run trought all the non-needle softs first because you have a good base point and it might be the strong and rapidly growing influence from soc. med. that threw you into this toughts.

i might not get a ccw rotation but my nose is literally too wide and have hump so yeah im def getting rhino

My bad I meant to say getting that corner lip lift is just masking the real issue wich is your jaw rotation degree it makes your philtrum longer, maybe your zygos smaller im not sure and it makes the corners of your upper lips retract inwards and if you get rhino it's dumb asf bumped nose is better the buttoned nose looks gay and make you lose masculine and intimidation points and straigth nose is boring
