Is there anything i can do at 16 for undereye support

Because I saw someone on tiktok get periorbital fat grafts at 16 and in the b4 photo he had nct like me.

Since I'm in the UK it's very difficult to find surgeons so what can I do?

No under eye support, it's so brutal I genuinely need it fixed

You could maybe cope with volufoline or how its called.

Either getting orbital rim implants or fat grafting in that area ig
but at 16 there isnt much you can do.

It gets masked very well with skin cream so I'm thinking whether I can try and hide it but idk...
