Is there anything I can do for my bulbous nose except rhinoplasty im 16 and cant get one

Somedays it looks more bulbous and some days it looks better i dont know what it depends on but are there any non surgical methods to fix this?

Probably reccesed maxilla can fix at 16 but it takes effort worth it tho since you also grow your lower jaw
