My plate is pretty narrow. I can’t really lay my tongue fully flat on the top. I’m 21 so idk if an expander would work now? I want to fix my jaw cos it’s uneven so I’ll see what they say

I never said it would bring his chin up? I'm saying that's the only thing he can do with orthodontics.

there are versions adults get like MARPE or SARPE if you're interested in palate expansion, whether or not it would fix jaw asymmetry is up to the type of asymmetry you have

I didn’t know they had adult versions Ty. Idk the name but it’s basically where my teeth aren’t aligned properly and it makes my jaw lean to one side

palate expansion probably wouldn't fix that, seems more like an individual issue to address. you have a malocclusion?

Yeah that’s the name. I thought if I had a palate expansion and then braces then that would work ?
