I saw some guys thread, he said he's taking cjc + ipa and now 8 hour sleep feels like 12 hour sleep

anything else that improves my sleep quality only?

bro literally just ask chatgpt how to sleep well at 16 or however old you are. you won't need any drugs, your body has this covered if you treat it right (and if you don't have some disease or something)
