In all seriousness take vitamins/supplements that are conducive to healthy bones I.e. Calcium, vitamin d, vitamin k2, lithium orotate, zinc, vitamin c, lactoferrin, cissus, etc.

eat lots of red meat and raw ruminant liver, eat alot of animal fat

mewing helps too im serious and also do thumbpulling
for thumbpulling you should do as often as possible and try to get atleast 10 seconds every half hour of very hard pulling at once as hard as you can, but dont touch your teeth
