instead of egg only do eggs and red meat only. I would also eat some fruit during the day for more vitamins. Imo it’s the most optimal diet for anything.

yeah they basically the most nutritious food,

do u see anything wrong with eggs only when tryna leanmax? i enjoy eating eggs so idm doing it
Yes prob should eat some other stuff mane

I got actual joint problems from going to hard on leanmaxxing tbh, especially if also going gym

Bananas are great but they’re actually loaded with sugar. Don’t eat more than 2 bananas a day.

Any berries are perfect for the vitamins that you don’t get from eggs. The best option would probably be blueberries.

if you don’t want a variety of fruit blueberries and bananas are a good choice
 
Eggs, raw meat or medium rare beef, raw honey, potatoes, milk, other stuff you find tasty

I'd rather you eat meat and eggs though instead of eggs only.

I mean u would have to eat like 30 and if you only ate eggs you wouldnt get other nutrients that arent in eggs, just eat other animal products with it too and ur good, i eat like 8 a day

eggs have all vitamins apart from vit c whihc u can supp

Idk I used to eat 7 eggs a day but I never only ate eggs.
Try it,if you feel fatigued and tired while doing this diet then reconsider.

Eat meat and organs. Beef liver gives vit c (read the name). Fiber doesnt even get digested btw.
All you need is meat and organs, eggs are
Optional. Eggs are like a supplement.
minimal vit k, no carbs, no vit c, no fiber, eating just one food is not optimal
