Short midfaces seem to be too overrated. I have a short midface and it is subhuman as heck.

Long midfaces allow one to be slightly masculine or pretty boys irl. Be happy.

No but if it's not terribly long (i.e. Adam Driver) you can "mask" it by lip lift, lowering eyebrows, widening jaw/cheekbones, upturning the nasal tip if it's rotated downwards.

But if you have a normal bite, can you still get MSE? Wouldn't you have to expand the lower palate too, which is much harder to do?
