Is there anyway to get rid of negative eye hooding

I obviously have no uee and I’m not squinting so I wonder how can I get rid of my hooding because it’s touching my eyelashes if there is any way let me know because I dont think there is

I have this same thing, and it's kinda annoying cuz I have naturally nice long lashes, but you they're hidden due to the hooding.
