my metabolism is like really fast and it's also hard for me to like eat a lot cuz i'm broke but im getting a job in a couple days so hopefully i can bulkjust eat more bro wdym its hard to gain weight, just bulk up and train chest, it becomes less noticable overtime
when i was bulking, i would spam oats so much bcs theyre dirt cheap and got decent protein, i would eat around 300 to 350 of them + protein power. It be around 1200 kcal and the protein would be 80ish.
