blast hgh , use small doses of test , blast ai , use cjc , dac , take multivitamins , use a shit ton of vitamin d3 and k2 , use like 1.500mg of calcium daily from pills or 1.5L of milk a day , bulk up if ure a skinny bitch , lose weight if ure a fatty and thats about all u can do. ofc u should get an xray before doing all of this because if ur growth plates are closed ure just wasting money
