There are options that only work if you're under certain age, typically between 9 to 12, I'm assuming you're older than 12, so no.

Yea there is. Get a 3 way expander for bracesshop and a reviv mouthguard. Wear them at the same time and trust me you will feel an immense amount of pressure sagitally in your anterior maxilla. I do it and holy shit it feels good. I might make a thread about it some time.

The R2 is better than the R1. Try the R1 first though since it’s a lot cheaper and if you don’t like it than it’s okay because it’s only like 25 bucks wasted in comparison to 80 dollars being wasted on the r2

As far as mandible goes, I guess the twin block but I doubt you’d be able to fit both the reviv mouthguard and the twin block at the same time in your mouth so really I would just recommend jutting.

there are many tipes of braces but most effective I know it's Herbst, I'm planning on getting it
