soon im going to hop on my first — and hopefully last — accutane journey (20mg -> 40mg -> 80mg) to deal with my really stubborn moderate acne.

but after reading like hella threads on here and overall guides i’m coming to buy these things while on it:

supplements:
1. non-drowsy 10mg antihistamine / claritin (deals with purge)

2. 1200mg fish oil (ill mainly get my dha and epa from food sources but this is extra protection for joints)

3. 300mg milk thistle (for liver protection; information on accutane and its effects on the liver kinda varies but my fam has some hereditary liver diseases out there so … might as well)

4. trace mineral supp that contains zinc, boron, manganese (i already have taken this before accutane but ive seen people say zinc is a solution for everything so i assume it will help)

5. vitamin D + K2 megadose / 10000 iu’s + 200mcg (strong strong bones jfl, but usually i would get my vitD from the sun but since ur allergic to that shit on the big A ill resort to this)

actual physical products:
1. aquaphor (mandatory purchase for dry lips)

2. eye drops / artifical tears (don’t want none of them yucky dry infectioned eyes)

3. saline nasal spray (also another thing to make sure i dont get dry but for the nostrils)

4. non-foaming gentle cleanser / la roche posay
5. occlusive moisturizer / vanicream
6. SPF 50 Pa++++ sunscreen

SO WHAT DO YALL THINK? is this a valid list of items to have or should i get more (or less)? lmk in the comments down belowwwww :lul: ⬇️

You need nothing but accutane. Dont waste your money on these useless cope supplements, and save your money for other softmaxs or surgeries

have u ran accutane before? i would say the fish oil, milk thistle, and claritin are a very common supplement ran by most people

chatgpt ahh title "GOAT tier level"

Just stay at 20mg until it’s gone, higher doses jsut lead to more problems, you’ll never hear about “permachapped lips” or always dry eyes at 20mg, only at those super high doses.

Other than that pretty good, id add in 30ml of extra virgin olive oil for fat absorption at the same time as Accutane, and my skincare is avene cleanense cleanser every morning, the ordinary hyluronic acid serum every night, and the cerave b5 baume 2x a week. My moisture barrier is pretty good so you might wanna try those.

i was thinking running low dose but that just takes too long, i would rather get it done reaching my cumulative dose in 5 months then wait a year

but yeah i was planning to take my accutane with some coconut oil, ive also heard those products mentioned before so might consider

epa/dha is good

thats the only thing that will really help the backpain at least for me

Extra virgin olive oil has a lot of extra benefits even outside of just being good for fat so I’d reccomend that over coconut.

I’m only one 1/2 months in on mine and all my cystic has gone away, my purge is done, and I just have to wait for my stubborn under the skin bacne to go away. It’s fine to go higher but your risk for life long sides is much higher.

Yes, 20 mg daily. If you have oily skin, it can even make your nose look smaller and more defined (as I experienced). Trust me there is nothing like Accutane, you will just lose money by buying these supplements

ik about the nose shrinkage boss :lul: but dont u think ill experience more severe sides if im going to do 4x ur dose? cause 20mg is low

I’ve ran 20mg and 40mg for like 3 months with no sides, also ran tret with accutane and had no issues
did ur skin even clear up? 3 months is a short time even if u did 40mg for a little bit

80mg per day ?? You will probably just kill yourself before getting rid of your acne. Retarded dose tbh. 20mg/day is enough

accutane can be dosed either 0.5mg/kg/day all the way up to 1.5mg/kg/day, unless ur victim weight and are fine with acne coming back (either that or u wait the 1-2 years to hop off jfl) then maybe 20mg is fine for u

It cleared up on 20mg for a month that shit works really well
usually thats the period where ur skin would purge, even if ur on a microdose it would still come later. who knows if ur just a special outlier ☺️

don’t think you’ve read a single research paper about accutane. Less then 20% of people purge, i’m on month 3 now and even with tren + test i have no acne

It’s accutane not superdrol

It’s accutane not superdrol
Superdrol (methasterone) is a potent, oral anabolic-androgenic steroid, chemically known as 2α,17α-dimethyl-5α-androstan-17β-ol-3-one. Originally sold as a designer supplement but later classified as a Schedule III controlled substance in the US, it is used for muscle growth, strength, and cutting cycles. It is notoriously hepatotoxic, causing significant liver damage and health risks.

call me a grey but what are u trying to say

I hate that since Clavicular made this forum mainstream, a bunch of low-IQ retards joined and now act like they know better while saying the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard.
Taking 80 mg/day will just make you feel like killing yourself for the same effect as 20 mg.

Plus you want to take retarded supplements that do nothing because you’re a lowiq retard who saw two TikToks about them and got influenced to take them without doing any research. The same retard who will take vitamin K3 supplements for bone growth :lul::lul:
Take 20mg accutane daily then switch on tazarotene and you will be good retard

ive been on this forum for 2 years btw 😕 also saying that i “act like i know better” when i just restate proper accutane dosage formulas :lul: ur ignorant ass needs a lesson from me, but srsly how can u join in 2023 and proceed to fearmonger over an 80mg dose JFLLLLL

if u actually read the post, i said that ive been lingering through nearly 100+ posts about accutane on this forum; not 2 tiktok posts. u must of just saw that my post mentioned the word “supplement” and that easily activated the singular neuron in ur brain to spam the same copy and paste “supplement bad supplement cope” 💔

Good stack but you'll realise that you'll probably don't need half this shit except the fish oil, sunscreen, lip stuff and anti histamine since your running a low dose.

Im like 8 days in running on 40mg and only noticed dried lips and sensitive skin.
